New pub on patient escape from #Psychiatry facilities w/ @kaggwa_dr, Godfrey Rukundo, @SheilaHarms15, and Scholastic Ashaba. Among patients in #Uganda, we find stigma, mixed exp with caregivers, poor resources, and MH symptoms as common reasons for escape.
