Yes!!! I analyzed the stability of a handful of housekeeping genes for my PCR data in male & female saline vs poly I:C hippocampus samples and NONE of the tests showed GAPDH to be very stable. hprt1 and rplp0 were the best! https://t.co/WDj1q0zkD0
