This study piloted deprescribing antihypertensives in older adults. It led to 1 less drug and this in just 60%, an increase in BP (16 mmHg) and the only reported benefit was ‘taking 1 pill less’…. I seriously doubt if deprescribing is wise. #stroke #mi htt
