@brembs Serotonin may not be a physiological ligand here, its EC50 is 100-1000x higher than of octopamine. Other receptors are also activated in vitro by high conc. of non-cognate ligands, e.g. https://t.co/pMIJ2SCO7X I think this is an octopamine recepto
