@jasumback @DitchDoc14 You're right. MDCalc has 0.7, but the studies vary for cutoff. The Berger et al study for sepsis in the ED used 0.7, but I've always been taught to use the cutoff of 0.6 from the Mutschler et al paper on trauma and critical care. Bot
