Just Dx Pigmented Villonodular synovitis in older male w/ CPPD, new myeloma but chronic monarthritis of knee - Dx by MRI. PVNS is benign, localized synovitis (tenosynovitis) of knee, hip, ankle, elbow, even TMJ! Rx is largely excision. https://t.co/R8EHw
