https://t.co/tBxHxROojA 出てた。弊研修士卒の萩尾君の仕事です。RNAの二次構造は動的計画法で最安定構造を予測できるのですが、では「準安定な構造」を出す問題はどのように定式化し解くべきか？ という問題に取り組んでくれました。最終産物は畳込みDP+centroid推定なので弊研集大成感があります。
