Has the Synthes PFNA had its day?! This meta-analysis would suggest that the Smith & Nephew short INTERTAN is less likely to fail for A2 & A3 #'s with similar PROMS but slightly more blood loss and op time. HOWEVER.... 3 of the authors are S&N
