I most often do QL2s - always 40mL for both QL2 or 3. I see 24h+ with either. Duration of block longer in QL3 group compared to QL2 group (20.1 + 6.2 h versus 12.0 + 4.8). Only 20mL for both. https://t.co/8DvF217tTB
