@alexhillphd @tyler_m_john nope! I'm wrong! EQ-5D does allow states worse than death, as @Bruce_T_ very kindly pointed out to me. here's a paper that has a nice discussion of this; just let me know if you need a PDF and/or a slide deck on measurement scal
