https://t.co/z2j9FqtADm 腹部手術後の持続TAPブロックと硬膜外麻酔で鎮痛に差があるかを調べたMA 結果は24h後のdynamic pain scoreは差なし(WMD:0.44[0.1-0.99])サブ解析でNSAIDsの定期投与群と非投与群でDPSに差があり、TAP群で尿道カテーテル抜去や歩行するまでの時間も短かった #当麻_神経ブロック
