Glad to see that a RCT of #nelfinavir for asymptomatic or mild #COVID_19 is finally under preparation in 🇯🇵. Acc. to @__ice9, among HIV protease inhibitors, nelfinavir was the most promising candidate for repurposing against SARS2, based on in vitro data.
