さきほどつぶやいたScallopの比較対象の一つになっていたGenome-guided transcriptome assembler “TransComb”。さっきの論文ではStringTieに負けていたが、こちらではStringTieより良いよっていっている・・・。自分のデータで比較してみないと何がいいかわからんね。 https://t.co/CR5cGQJ8Jn
