Sustained population decline of rodents is linked to accelerated climate warming and human disturbance

A large-scale study on 115 rodent communities in China recently published in #BMCEcolEvol shows a population collapse of almost 50% of the groups, related to climate warming and human disturbance and likely causing broad disruptions to ecosystem function.
