sorry but this study is a bit flawed. the idea that branched chain amino acids make it thru digestion intact is my concern. Mixing diet & plasma amino acids in the write up has me confused.

I have a sneaking suspicion which is not based on anything tangible.... there may be genetic differences in responses to branched chain amino acids. Why? its like the different salt responses. People isolated for long periods of time.
