The New South Wales Ministry of Health is a ministerial department of the New South Wales Government. NSW Health is primarily responsible for the public health system in New South Wales, particularly through public hospitals as well as associated agencies and statutory authorities, such as the NSW Ambulance service.
The Research Council makes the best research and innovation possible. We work for a society where research is created, used and shared, and contributes to restructuring and a more sustainable society. On behalf of the government, we invest NOK 10 billion a year in research and innovation projects. Our job is to ensure that the best research and innovation projects receive funding.
