Are dementia with Lewy bodies and Parkinson’s disease dementia the same disease?

My mother has dementia with Lewy bodies, and it’s almost inevitable that I’ll get it, given that I have REM sleep behaviour disorder in my 50s. Still, my cognition is fine and I don’t have any of the other symptoms. So there’s life in the old dog yet.

All this, 'Info,' should have come out to the public, a long time ago! Academia, does not have ownership of it. Although it is in their interests, for it to be!!
