Abstract

The International Conference on Cell Death in Cancer and Toxicology 2018 (February 20-22, 2018) provided an international forum for scientific collaborations across multiple disciplines in cancer, cell death, and toxicology. During the three-day symposium, researchers and clinicians shared recent advances in basic, clinical, and translational research in cancer. Several student poster abstracts were selected for platform talks and many young investigators participated in the meeting. Together, this highly interactive meeting showcased the rapid expansion in biomedical research in India and paved the way for future meetings on cell death and cancer throughout India.

Attention Score in Context

Attention Score in Context

This research output has an Altmetric Attention Score of 1. This is our high-level measure of the quality and quantity of online attention that it has received. This Attention Score, as well as the ranking and number of research outputs shown below, was calculated when the research output was last mentioned on 28 June 2018.
All research outputs
#18,640,437
of 23,092,602 outputs
Outputs from Cell Communication and Signaling
#791
of 1,019 outputs
Outputs of similar age
#254,355
of 329,253 outputs
Outputs of similar age from Cell Communication and Signaling
#14
of 22 outputs
Altmetric has tracked 23,092,602 research outputs across all sources so far. This one is in the 11th percentile – i.e., 11% of other outputs scored the same or lower than it.
So far Altmetric has tracked 1,019 research outputs from this source. They receive a mean Attention Score of 4.0. This one is in the 7th percentile – i.e., 7% of its peers scored the same or lower than it.
Older research outputs will score higher simply because they've had more time to accumulate mentions. To account for age we can compare this Altmetric Attention Score to the 329,253 tracked outputs that were published within six weeks on either side of this one in any source. This one is in the 12th percentile – i.e., 12% of its contemporaries scored the same or lower than it.
We're also able to compare this research output to 22 others from the same source and published within six weeks on either side of this one. This one is in the 1st percentile – i.e., 1% of its contemporaries scored the same or lower than it.
