@adaptthasound If you have blod clotting problems that can correlate with low K, I would recommend exploring "natto" and other fermented soy. They seem to be good sources of K + nattokinase seems helpful. Real stuff also removes 'phytoestrogen's people are

@microRNAnoob That whole space is wild! https://t.co/5gUwKYcpFU I think part of the problem with many of soybean oils is we are cutting out the traditional fermentation steps that impacts vitamin K.
