https://t.co/3dWw2iUhxO ワクチン分科会の資料とかを眺める限り、現在使っているのはこの行列をさらに縮約して3×3に改造、固有値がR0になるように調整したものだと考えられる。

@Anapecalleddave @craniosurgeon @misapelater Since R0 is a function of contact rate, maybe thats the answer? idk for a fact, but POLYMOD survey in Europe shows very high daily contact rate ~10-15 for a country, while Japan contact rate average to ~5 daily
